ok i need help on 15 the one with the distance formula....i need help gettin started cause i dont know what to do first!!

the square of the distance between any two points is d^2 = (x1-x2)^2 + (y1-y2)^2. The point you are trying to minimize the distance to is one of your two points. What could you plug in for the other point that would represent any random point in the Cartesian plane?
